Founded in 1982, K. F. Davis Engineering Inc. (KFDE), is a Woman owned company offering a wide range of Architectural and Engineering Services. Kenneth F. Davis started the Company with emphasis on providing Electrical Power Distribution Design and Studies. The Company quickly became recognized for their quality services and personalized service, and clients urged them to extend their practice to provide a wider range of services.
 
By the mid 1990’s, we had incorporated full multi-discipline Architectural and Engineering services into our fields of work. We now offer a much broader range of services including Architectural design for New Buildings and Building Renovations; Mechanical Engineering for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems, Plumbing Design, and, of course, Electrical Power Distribution for major substations and switchgear work, as well as interior and exterior lighting applications, building power distribution and telecommunication.
 
K. F. Davis Engineering has experience performing single and multi-discipline projects, from minor renovations to major building and/or Utility system additions. Through the years, we have established long-term relationships with many partner firms in such fields as Structural and Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture and Fire Protection and Security Systems. This allows us to be responsive to the complete Scope of Work.
