KFDE provides construction administration services for the majority of their design projects, and occasionally for projects designed by other firms. Typically these services include answering RFI’s, reviewing Shop Drawings and Submittals, periodic Observation Site Visits, preparation of As-built Drawings, opinion on Contractor Change Orders and similar services as necessary to support the ongoing construction.
One of the key issues during the construction phase is scheduling. We realize the importance of providing prompt responses and/or site visits to our clients to avoid Contractor delays. We have processes set up internally in our office to track each RFI or Submittal to ensure timely responses.
